Description

Beer with a strong territorial connotation. The yeast used for this Saison is in fact natural yeast isolated from the quince peel that grows in the lands of Roccadaspide, in the heart of Cilento, where the brewery is located. Among the best interpretations of the style in Italy, this Saison presents the classic peppery and rustic notes on the nose, with a slight citrus, but all in a harmonious and delicate way. On the palate there is a whole bouquet of flavors ranging from citrus, to yellow fruit, to flowers with a right bitter note to conclude the sip.
