Rosa tenue, dalla spuma esuberante ed il perlage sottile. Al naso esprime belle note di pesca bianca, di fragole di bosco, di rosa canina e di pane tostato. In bocca è austero, fresco, secco e al tempo stesso trascinante per garbo ed eleganza. Sentori di mandorla dolce e di ribes nero ne delineano il tratto fino ad una chiusura particolarmente persistente.
