fruit of two of the best vineyards of StagÕs Leap Wine Cellars Ð Fay and SLV: le
Distinctive olfactory notes of the Fay vineyard are beautifully complemented by the
structure and minerality of SLV, creating a wine that has aromas of black cherry,
alongside notes of juicy strawberry, cocoa and spices. The wine has structure
elegant with very fine tannins and a great acidity, emphasizing the rich
dark berry fruit, hints of cedar and white truffle seaweed leading
to a long fruity and spicy finish
