Description
Appearance: Dark and deep mahogany color. Smell: Extremely rich bouquet, distinct note of roasted coffee beans, cherries, figs and plums. Excellent! Palate: Rather sweet, characteristic notes of Oloroso Sherry, toasted walnuts and, dare I say, hazelnuts. As it progresses on the palate, caramel and coffee emerge. Definitely remarkable! Finish: Moderately long, virile, sweet, concentrated! Leaves a lovely aftertaste of coffee and hazelnuts, with a touch of molasses. You have to try it to realize how well balanced it is overall!. Very few can boast the wording ?Solera Gran Reserva? and this product, in my opinion, fully deserves it. Ideal pairing: On its own, as a meditation drink. Alternatively it is excellent on cheesecake or with chocolate, preferably 70% dark. If you are a smoker, a good cigar or a pipe, with medium-bodied tobacco, certainly doesn't clash!
