Xyauyù Kiokeè combines two great artisan traditions, in fact in this product the art of brewing meets the art of making soy sauce. It takes its name from the "Kioke" a cypress wood barrel produced in Japan on the island of Shodo in which soybeans are fermented. This mahogany colored beer is aged in barrels, which gives it intense and elegant notes of cypress and a slight acidic nuance, giving it a unique aromatic profile.
