Description
The typical freshness of the traditional Sangiovese variety joins the exuberance of the characteristic fruit of Merlot to represent the ancient territory of Montepulciano. The name of the wine celebrates Sabatino Lulli, known as "Sabazio", monk of the abbey of Montepulciano who was the first, in the medieval period, to provide the indications for the production of wine in the area.
In the glass the sabazio has a beautiful ruby red color, with brilliant reflections. On the nose the bouquet is floral, very delicate, enriched by pleasant fruity scents. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly persistent and with a balanced acidity.
