Description
It is a Bolgheri red of extraordinary caliber, like no other you will find. This is Antinori's "Matarocchio" produced on the Guado al Tasso estate. Interpreted in the "Superiore" version and obtained from Cabernet Franc grapes vinified alone, it is left to mature in French oak barriques for 18 months, followed by a further 12 months of aging in the bottle.
It is a Cabernet Franc that has great aging potential, dense and voluptuous, surprising in its organoleptic complexity, ready to give enormous satisfaction as long as you know how to wait for it right. It is a great red from Bolgheri.
