Description
"Il Bruciato" is the younger brother of "Guado al Tasso", a Bolgheri of great intensity characterized by a modern and harmonious style. A red that comes from those estate vineyards that do not represent the peak necessary for the production of Guado al Tasso, plots in which the management of the plant is in any case aimed at maximizing quality. Its maturation takes place for at least 8 months in barrique and for at least 4 months in bottle: the result is a wine of great intensity and softness, the perfect business card of the denomination and of the Estate.
